20. If interested in built-in furniture, what are the ordering steps?

Step 1: Consult with a designer at an Index Living Mall branch.
Bring your house plan or house area to receive consultation and tell the designer your initial needs. The designer will provide an initial estimate of the design and price.
Inform the designer of your intention to analyze the actual area for the perfection and correctness of the design.
Step 2: Analyze the client's space by a designer (ON-SITE INTERIOR INSPECTOR)
Additional consultations are available on the site analysis day. Designers will provide customized designs based on actual space dimensions, along with product and pricing details.
Step 3: Finalize the design and order with the designer at the Index Living Mall branch.
Check and finalize the desired product design. Pay a 50% deposit and the remaining balance 7 days before installation. Set an installation date.
Step 4: Install the product at the customer's home.
Installation is completed to standard and convenient within 1 day by a team of skilled and efficient technicians. Installation quality inspection services by designers (Inspector Quality Installation Controller) and our quality control team ensure you receive the right furniture and quality.

21. Is there a home delivery service?

When purchasing products totaling 7,000.-, the company will provide free delivery only in Bangkok and surrounding areas according to the company's policy. The delivery and installation service fee is nationwide.

26. What is LOW FORMALDEHYDE FURNITURE and what are its benefits?

Low Formaldehyde Furniture is furniture that has low formaldehyde. All models of index furniture are made from European standard E1 (European Standard Class 1) It is strong, durable and has a formaldehyde level that is 6 times lower than general wood. Therefore, it has no pungent odor, does not cause irritation to the respiratory system and does not cause allergies.

27. What is EUROPEAN STANDARD CLASS 1 or E1?

European Standard Class 1 or E1 is the standard for particleboard and MDF that contains very low levels of chemicals, i.e. 0.005%, according to EN120:1994 622-1 and JIS A5905 standards, which is 6 times lower than that of general wood and is the standard that the European Union and Japan have set for use in furniture production.
